Maestro Antonio Politano, professor at the Conservatory of Lausanne and founder of the PRIME Recorder Ensemble together with some musicians of PRIME illustrate their experience of research in contemporary composition with technologies, with particular attention to the development of the Paetzold recorders and digital hardware and software systems for the spatialisation of sound and the gesture recognition in real time.
