Indagando Haruki Murakami
We wonder what the reality of facts really is, once the event is experienced or even before experiencing it, that second before, full of useless worries. We wonder about the rhythm, the consistency, the melody. Who it was and where that body now is. The body that perhaps loved us and that is no longer, and then, in the end, if the body was really so very important.
We wonder if it was well or badly done, right or wrong, and if we are now still able to find pleasure in dancing, in letting go, simply, without thought. We start from scratch and grope in the dark, staggering, deciphering signs, following clues that appear suddenly in their blinding obviousness, breathless and running along dark corridors, leaving the black well behind us without turning, to find ourselves in the light, warm air, at least for some of this time that is left to us.
Milena Costanzo e Roberto Rustioni

Costanzo/Rustioni Ensemble
Milena Costanzo and Roberto Rustioni met in 1991 within the theatrical company of Giorgio Barberio Corsetti with whom they worked on a number of shows. They also collaborated on various projects by Claudio Morganti and other directors. After working separately several times, they started together on research work which, through laboratories and studies, resulted in the following: Està bien and Un cerchio alla testa. They took part in various festivals, among which Glass Theatres, Castiglioncello, Short Theatre. They were finalists in the Second Edition of the Dante Cappelletti award with the first study on Està bien and through the Dimora Fragile Band at the Festival Es.terni with Un cerchio alla testa. The body with its possibilities is a founding element in their work which investigates the role of the actor-author and the various theatrical languages, distancing itself from the so-called theatre of direction and prose. Theirs is an experience that is totally independent and has no institutional connections.
